Kevin Kwan Real Estate Group

Kevin Kwan was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and has been serving the real estate community since 2005. Kevin attended the University of California at Riverside and received a bachelors degree in Business Economics. Upon graduating from UCR, Kevin pursued a career in real estate at a very early age. Over his career, Kevin has seen both the high’s and low’s of a real estate market and the primary focus has always been achieving the goals of his clients based on a few fundamental principles. The principles are integrity, innovation and transparency with the client top of mind. These simple principles which he follows has generated quick and efficient results for this clients. Saving his clients not only time but money as well. Kevin is a top agent in the San Gabriel Valley, and has also volunteered his time towards the industry becoming the youngest president in 2016 of the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the industry, including REALTOR of the year in 2017 as well as receiving the Centurion award (Given to the top producing agents within the Century 21 system) in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Mark Alan Chan was recently recognized as the 2020 #1 Top Producer and Rookie of the year at Century 21 West Coast Brokers. His interest in real estate stemmed from having lived in some of the hottest real estate markets in the world; including Los Angeles, Hong Kong and New York City. It was his passion and curiosity for business and marketing that led him to a full-time career in real estate. Mark completed graduate work at Bard College and his undergraduate studies at Azusa Pacific University.

Hue Quach started in real estate in 2019 after receiving his degree in business administration and philosophy. Born in Vietnam, Hue came to the United State at the age of 5. He is grateful for the opportunities he has been given and aspires to help people reach their real estate goals by providing clients with first-class service.
