As we started our home search while we were still located out of state, Kevin was our only source of knowledge, ears, and eyes. He was always willing to check out any property for us with thorough video tours; he even drove around the neighborhood to provide us with additional feedback on the neighborhood such as noise level, morning traffic, location of the nearest amenities, safety, etc. When we were able to see the houses in person, he always viewed the property as if he was considering his own house, always giving us useful feedback not only on the condition and renovation ideas but also on the neighborhood and its future prospects. He always made himself available to answer any of our questions and helped us reach decisions we felt comfortable with. Kevin’s knowledge of the greater San Gabriel area is vast and invaluable. He is also detail oriented and technical and was able to guide us all the way through inspection and the escrow process without a hitch.
